رقصة الفتيات - الاشبال
لطالما كانت الفتاة الشركسية معروفة بسرعتها و خفة حركتها، ولطالما اجتمعت الفتيات في المناسبات والافراح وتسامرن و لعبن و تحدثن مع بعضهم البعض. وما أجمل من تبارى الفتيات فيما بينهم على من الأسرع و من تقلد الشباب بخفة و سرعة و قوة، فتيات فرقة الاشبال لأبناء الجبال تقدمن هذه الرقصة و يتبارين في حركات سريعة و قوية على أنغام المقطوعات الموسيقية التي حافظنا عليها في المهجر و نحبها .
Girls Dance:
A Circassian lady has always been known for her perfect grace and agility. Ladies have always gathered on occasions and weddings chatting gracefully. They beautifully compete against each other in imitating the power, speed and agility of men. Highlander young ladies perform this dance and compete against each other in speedy and strong moves on the melody of music that we preserved in the diaspora.
