Ktm’s perpetual uncomfortable seat issue is just an extreme and unbelieavable phenomene in itself!
I had and rode lots Ktm’s since 2008. (RC8, 690’s, 990, 1190, 1290 sd, etc...)
Except 1st gen Superduke, all Ktm seats were torture devices!
Now I have a 790 adv which came with a piece of plank disguised as a seat! I paid a substantial amount of money for the heated and so called comfort seat for 790 adv yet the so called 790 adv comfort seat came with the EXACT same plank material as the standart seat!!!
Thanks to KTM and to my luck I have access to a great local upholsterer who keep literaly saving my butt since 2008!
And no, I do NOT make my KTM seat modifications “too soft”,
not at all!
I can not believe that a brand as big as KTM still can not solve the comfort of seat issue as much as a poor local upholsterer who have to work in his house because he never had enough capital to rent a shop!
Unbelieavable yet true...

I have a 2019 version, for me the main question is,
Is the new bike so much better and is it worth the upgrade?
I'm quite happy with my bike I always puts a smile on my face when I ride it.

DO WE REALLY NEED THIS LEVEL OF ELECTRONICS ON A BIKE...WHAT ARE THE GONNA FIT IT WITH NEXT TIME...ROCKET LAUNCHER...🥴🥴🥴🥴🥴
I WOULD PREFER A BIKE WITH LEAST AMOUNT OF ELECTRONIC GIZMOS....JUST LIKE THE TENERE 700...😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
