What kind of cutter and mandrel? Carbide or steel? Are there going to be different degree cutters? And I'm guessing you guys sell a neck expander that goes along with your mandrel for precise accuracy?

wonder how concentric those cases are after turning

Where can I get replacement cutters for this? I need the one that’s for necks less than 30 degrees.

How concentric you ask?? Not!  I have this tool and there is 15th of movement in the slide. If you put pressure up or down at all while turning the case is out of round. I talked to the guy that designed it and he said the bad tolerances are needed, not sure why. Bushings in it would have been a great help. One thing it does every well is keep the paper from blowing off the bench. I have wasted a lot of brass playing with this, don't waste your money.

Hornady makes some good products, however this isn’t one of them. If you’re a average everyday plinker, or just enjoy the pure satisfaction of shooting, neck turning is not necessary in your reloading process.
If you’re competitive in your shooting, neck turning plays a roll in your line up. The problem with this tool is that it’s very inconsistent. In comparison to the 21st Century turner, the Hornady product comes up real short in that department.
Consistency is the key to accuracy.
