I like the theory that Kopa survived the attack of Zira and found his way back home after the Lion King 2 when Kiara and Kovu have kids and he met Kion at the tree of life after he married Rani.
Kion brought him home and there they found out that they are brothers.

zira actually "killed" kopa when he was a cub to get back at simba for "killing" scar but his actually still alive

Chaka its in another pride. And Kopa was Almost killed from Zira. For lucky he is in jungle with vitani and HE’S 2 cubs :D

nuka is actually zira and scars only actually children zira stole vitani and kovu when they were born from two different loins there's alot of stories about them scar and zira are not the parents of vitani and kovu
