Sir could you explain why the estimate trips on Direct estimation model example should be 250 trips and 510 trips ? Thank you

I think you are missing in your presentation the mention of the ave trip rate ( already in base year population density) for one -auto per household and trip rate for no ( or zero) auto per household; that gives 250 and 510
