Fujifilm X-Pro4 - Leaks and Exceptions

Fujifilm X-Pro3 has been out of stock in the US market for a while. A Japanese camera store, Yaotomi, tweeted a few days ago ‘that they’ve sold out every last X-Pro 3’. And it means we are going to see the successor, Fujifilm X-Pro4 very soon. The tagline of the Fuji X-Pro series is, “Refined Luxury”. In the last three years, we haven’t seen any new camera in the pro series. So it also refers to the Fujifilm X-Pro4. Watch the full video to know more.

Yes, but will they get rid of the silly angle on the dial deck that makes it look like Gumby? Fuji, clean up the lines as you did on the X100V and you won’t be able to keep up with sales.

And bring back the dual magnification on the OVF. No one likes any product maker that removes features to reduce production costs then tells us it’s an improvement. I loved having frame lined the same size when paired with either the 23mm and 35mm.

Let's hope Fujifilm fixes the LCD ribbon failure that some have reported, and agree to fix out of warranty XPro3 ribbon failure incidents, free of charge.

Your predictions seem based on hopes and dreams, or that it just makes sense. But there are NO substantiated rumors to support your POV, and when has Fuji ever done something just because it made sense? They just had a big event (9/12) and all they talked about was a new GFX medium format. There was NO mention of an X-E5, X-Pro5 or even an X-100V successor, a camera that's been sold out almost from day one. There are plenty of X-T5's, X-H2's and medium format available, but the bulk of their high-end X-series cameras are now discontinued with NO clear successor. Something is VERY wrong at Fuji.

They need to create an Xt3/Xpro3 “hybrid screen” and also a MP changing sensor like Leica’s.
It would be nearly PERFECT if they also add the DNG file choice instead of the .RAF.

My prediction is that whatever it turns out to be, it will be unavailable within days like most of the Fuji lines in the UK. XE4 has been out of stock for most of the past 12 months and once the initial stock has gone it looks like XT5 will be the same. Disappointing.

If there is no xpro4 or the price of x100v does not get down. I will buy the leica q2. Get the fujifilm with a 30% higher price, no way!

Thanks for the video. Looking forward to the release. I will trade my X-T2 and X100V for this. Both great cameras, especially the V, it’s outstanding. I would be real sorry to let it go, but aim to have a minimum package, X-Pro4, , 18 f2, 35 f1.4 and I would purchase a 27 Mk2. The 27 would make it fairly close in size to the X100V
