I have fungal acne, but I've been using Nizoral as a face wash and a face lotion with urea. I've also cut down significantly on sugar. That has helped a lot and I rarely get a flare up/break out. I am planning on getting microneedling done. Are Nizoral and my urea lotion ok to use after a microneedling treatment or should I wait to use those? Also do you think microneedling is ok if my fungal acne is cleared during the treatment?
