MISCREANTS BREAK MIRROR - In a video caught on dashcam, a triple riding two wheeler who has 19k pending fines broke a car's mirror by punching 👊. It's unclear what triggered them to do this but this is illegal. This Incident happened at Sarakki signal, Bengaluru. Number plate is a little blurry but that was enough for police to track them down as the bike and colour is a similar match. Also, the violation picture caught on ITMS really helped confirm the number plate was correct who incidentally had 19,500rs pending traffic violation amount. Police were able to arrest the youth within hours of reporting on X ensuring the biker was awarded with instant karma

After uploading this on X, the video went viral watched by over 350,000 people which caught the attention of multiple news media outlets.

I feel extremely disgusted by at this. I went back to the karnataka one website to check the violations and the fine had increased to 23000 and the most recent violation being commited 4 days ago. This means that the seized vehicle has been given back the the owner and he is continuing to put others life at risk as well as his own. The bangalore police seriously has to do something about this.

Yes, but the actual concern is what next. In all previous arrests, the people were let go on bail or after writing an apology letter. Many of these cheapskates ride around without number plates and the police's usual response is like 'what can we do'. I doubt if any action was or will be taken. They will be let go after paying a fine and they will continue their way of life the moment they step out.
