Saya menaiki pesawat Air Asia dari Kuala Lumpur ke jakarta tgl 15 oktobwr dgn no penerbangan AK 384 ...jam berangkat 12 50 ..dan tiba di bandara Cengkareng jam 14.30 ...sgt kecewa karna selepas saya ambil bagasi ..Koper saya di potong bahagian bawah tempat roda bagasi nya telah di rusak ....Memang sgt tidak bertanggung jawab Aparat AirAsia yg di bahagia Bagasi ( handling) saya mohon penggantian biaya kerusakkan koper saya

Hi Air Asia. I am flying to Phuket from kolkata, India via Bangkok. Could you please let me what is maximum permissible limit of cigarettes i can carry in my checked in luggage as i prefer only a certain brand which won't be available in Thailand. Is it possible to carry 15-20 packets contains 10 pieces in each packet.

So stupid. 1 cabin trolley bag is easily 3 to 4 kilos. Laptop alone is 2 to 3 kilos without the bag. So you expect people to fill only 1 kilo of clothes?
