if Douma were to be serious, he and Kokushibo would be on part in Power when it came to their Blood Battle, knowing that Douma would be serious, he would be able to use his Blood Demon Art more strategically and think about his actions, but overall Kokushibo would still win with a high difficulty and hold Upper Moon 1, but releases Douma from Muzan’s death because of how precious and powerful Douma is, as an ally.

another plot is that he would still have the interest in eating Women, but he would begin to realise that all Upper Moons gain more power is eating both genders, (I think…) so not only will Douma be more powerful if he at Men, but he could surpass Kokushibo in speed and agility, and his Blood Demon Art would have been more likely to create a bigger impact in the Infinity Castle Arc.

this also means that his power would be more greater than in the original plot, but be he would also be less careless in his battle against Shinobu, Kanao and Inosuke. Knowing that Douma is serious, he can plan strategies to face against the upcoming threats instead of waiting without a plan.

Douma would easily win against Shinobu, Kanao and Inosuke. But he would still devour Shinobu to gain more power, but with the poison, he won’t be able to fight for longer right? Well as I mentioned before, Douma begins eating both Men and Women, so his regeneration ability would rise, causing the poison to fade as he regenerates and burn the poison from his body, Douma now can devour the 2 remaining Demon Slayers, gaining more power to the point where he is greater than Kokushibo.

Douma would complete his battle with the 3 Demon Slayers, now being able to help Kokushibo, knowing that Akaza has already fallen as in the Manga, (SPOILERS, Akaza was the first out of the top 3 Upper Moons to fall in the Infinity Caste) during the Upper Moon 2’s mission to find Kokushibo, Kokushibo would have encountered Gyomei by now, going back to Douma, Nakime senses Douma’s immense power and wastes no time to use her Biwa to teleport Douma to Kokushibo’s fight.

Kokushibo, Gyomei and Sanemi’s fight continue as normal, but with Douma being teleported, things begin to change as Genya and Muichiro are still heavily injured, but Douma’s arrival would change the fate of these 2 Demon Slayers, Douma would see the fight of Gyomei and Sanemi, knowing that he needs to help, he senses a smell of pleasure that leads to Genya and Muichiro, Douma stares at Muichiro and Genya in a serious manner, but he finally brings out his happy nature, knowing that the 2 Demon Slayer aren’t able to fight, Muichiro is standing next to Genya continuing to feed Genya, Kokushibo’s hair, but Douma easily fends Muichiro off from Genya eating any further, but Douma realises he can still gain more power by devouring Genya to gain both Zohakuten and Kokushibo's power, soon Douma looks at Muichiro after finishing his meal, Douma walks toward Muichiro and ends up forcing him to become a Demon by constantly lacerating at his chest, knowing that if he doesn't except the offer, he would die, but Muichiro like Kokushibo, declines and ends up getting devoured by Douma.

Kokushibo would be able to hold his own against Gyomei and Sanemi, by now Genya would use Zohakuten’s Blood Demon Art to summon a tree to root out of his body by firing his Shotgun, but instead of Genya’s arrival, it is Douma who is arriving, helping Kokushibo, Gyomei slightly defends both him and Sanemi, but now, Gyomei unlocks his Demon Slayer mark, making him faster to wing his chain, and boost his strength and speed, but this doesn’t help as Gyomei finds Sanemi gone, turning back, he finds Sanemi being devoured by Douma, turning back to defend on his own, he attempts to escape but is critically injured by Douma’s fan, which slices his hip, using his Tessenjutsu, the wound slowly freezes Gyomei’s body which becomes fatal, soon giving Douma the opportunity to devour Gyomei to gain even more power.

as Kokushibo and Douma finish their battle with the 4 Demon Slayers, both Mitsuri and Obanai begin to make their way to the surface as Yushiro has control over Nakime, as Muzan is about to elimanate Nakime for his survival, Douma with his light speed slaps Yushiros head of with ease and again devours the remains, the note on Nakime’s forehead is soon removed by Douma and soon Nakime teleports all Demon Slayers, including Kaigaku, Douma, Kokushibo and Muzan, back into the Infinity Castle, seeing the less numbers, with only Obanai, Mitsuri, Giyu, Tanjiro and Zenitsu left, Zenitsu unlocks the 7th form but is ended teleported before it could hit Kaigaku.

with the 5 Demon Slayers left, Kaigaku aims for Zenitsu, but Zenitsu is already tired, but Zenitsu ends up using his last strength to best Kaigaku, Zenitsu uses his 7th form one last time, but is ended up getting blocked by Kokushibo, soon slicing Zenitsu’s head off, both Mitsuri, Obanai and Tanjiro go for Muzan, as the fight goes on Giyu thinks about targeting Douma or Nakime, but ends up going for Nakime, knowing that Douma is more likely to kill him in an instant, Nakime uses her Biwa to shut doors and send rooms towards Giyu, but Giyu dodges it, soon Giyu uses his 11th form, Dead Calm which distracts Nakime soon Giyu ends up behind Nakime using his 5th form to slice her head off, but Douma uses his ice shards which shatters Giyu’s sword into pieces, as Giyu reacts as fast as possible, Douma is already standing in front of him, soon biting off his head and devours his remains.

Tanjiro unlocks the 13th form of Sun Breathing, also enabling the red Nichirin Blade in which pierces Muzan’s leg, soon slicing it off, Muzan attempts to regenerate it, but the wounds of the Blade stops him of healing his leg back, soon all 3 Demon Slayers use all their strength and use their Demon Slayer mark to inflict great damage to hold him off, but Obanai’s torso is sliced in half because of Kokushibo’s blade, and Kaigaku slices Mitsuri’s legs off, soon being devoured by Kaigaku.

Tanjiro is the only Demon Slayer left, with little strength left, he is then reminded of Yoriichi’s words to him from his dream, soon his Demon Slayer mark grows bigger, and Tanjiro creates a 14th form, *Hinokami Kagura, 14th Form, Splitting Dragon of the Rising Sun!* this form brings out Yoriichi’s reflection and a flaming Dragon, the reflection of Yoriichi and Tanjiro both split the Dragon in half as Tanjiro swiftly slices Douma and Kaigaku’s head off and Yoriichi’s reflection slices Nakime and Kokushibo’s head off, then the 2 Swordsmen fuse together as Tanjiro’s eyes glow orange while the Bright Flaming Dragon fades away turning into Yoriichi, Tanjiro yells, but he hears Rengoku’s voice which Tanjiro’s heart becomes ablaze, just like the words Rengoku said, he throws his sword at Muzan, Muzan tries to block it with his Biokinesis whips but it is easily torn apart by the blazing hot sword which penetrates Muzan’s chest, Muzan’s eyes glow bright yellow and orange, then he yells in defeat as his mouth glows like the sun, soon exploding, Tanjiro thinks he will die, but he is protected by the souls of his Family, including Yoriichi.

so overall, in the final battle everything changes with everyone dying to Douma’s serious act in the plot but in the end, when he is getting surrounded, he creates a new form the passes the limits of all the Demons powers.
