Smithsonian Cover-Up: Ancient Egyptians and Giants in the Grand Canyon

In 1908, President Teddy Roosevelt wanted to declare the Grand Canyon off-limits to all timber and mining operations. It would take another 11 years for Congress to designate the Grand Canyon a national park.

Sensing a final opportunity for adventure, explorer G.E. Kincaid took a boat down the Colorado River and through the Grand Canyon. The canyon was rich in minerals like gold, silver and copper and Kincaid wanted to see what he could find before the area was closed off for good.

About 40 miles up-river from the El Tovar Crystal canyon, Kincaid saw stains in the sediment formation about 2,000 feet up. He tied off the boat and got out to investigate.

Kincaid couldn't find a trail, but after a short hike he found something interesting covered in desert brush. Steps. Hundreds of them. Carved in sandstone. Steps that wound their way up to a high shelf on the side of the canyon.

He followed the steps until he came across a cavern entrance. An entrance that was clearly man made.

Kincaid entered the cavern and turned on his flashlight.

On the walls he saw writing. But it wasn't English or Native American writing. It was Ancient Egyptian Heiroglypics.

Kincaid lifted his flashlight and saw that the tunnel ran far into the distance.

He didn't realize it at the time, but this was only the beginning.

After surviving for 60 years on this rock, I've learned a few things. One important lesson is: If you find something you believe might contradict the accepted narrative, Don't Call the Smithsonian.

Quite a few years I made friends with a bunch of archaeologists. And after a couple of years I asked them about this topic. They didn't reply as I expected. They told me it was the largest archaeological cover-up in the entire planet. Was easier to get a permit to dig in hostile countries we are currently at war with than it would be to go explore the Grand Canyon.

This channel grew on me fast because of your willingness to present both sides with depth that most others don't. Great stuff thank you.

Imagine how enlightened humanity would be if everyone shared the willingness to learn from everything found. Information is power, governments are not for the people. By now Americans need to stop calling the Smithsonian! Thanks AJ and Hecklefish, love your work!!

I am SO glad I found this video! I am born and raised in Arizona. My dad worked as a minor in a city called Globe, Arizona back in the 70s & 80s.. His team was contracted to do work in the Grand Canyon when I was a young boy back in the late 70s. This particular job lasted about 6 months.. He worked in multiple caves in the Grand Canyon.. he witnessed many of the things described in this video. He signed a non-disclosure of sorts back then. He saw hieroglyphs, statues, pottery as well as ancient art in a few of these caves. He was told never to speak of it or he would be arrested.. of course that was over four decades ago. Now he wants the truth to come out, and doesn't understand why it hasn't yet. He explained it as one of the most important archaeological finds in recent history.. he said there were ancient tools that didn't belong there, that were thousands of years before we thought them to be invented.. very interesting. He wants to go back soon, and says he knows ways to get to some of these caves without being detected. Our talks about going has gained momentum as of late due to his cancer diagnosis..

The Devil is not only a liar and a murderer, but a concealer of the truth. It is his very nature. I am so glad his time is almost up!

No, the government nor a government agency would NEVER cover up anything, right?? [Sarcasm]

In the early 70s the staff at Lizard Mound Park in West Bend Wisconsin told that they excavated large bones from a mound of 8ft tall Indians. They said the Smithonion took them to study. When they requested that they be returned, the denied they had them. This was told to the visitors for years. They seemed angry and betrayed. It stuck with me ever since.

This video was very well done as always. In the late 1950's and early 60's my dad worked at the Smithsonian in the Security Police department. He worked there for a few years including pulling some night shift duties. There were times when he ventured in the basement levels and according to him he viewed several perplexing artifacts. Among them were the complete skeletons of several giants, each, according to him to be about 9 to 11 feet tall. Understand the time period thathe witnessed these things. Very few people were talking about this topic in those days. My dad asked why they were not making these skeletons public and he was essentially told to keep his mouth shut. He left a year or so later. I was born in 1966 and he told me much of this in the late 1970's. I was just a punk kid so I wasn't sure what to make of anything he told me. He only discussed this with our family and no one else. I started researching the paranormal & unexplained archeological finds in the late 80's and I realized how spot on dad descriptions actually were. R.I.P. Robert A.Walls

It's actually really interesting how shady the Smithsonian and the world of archeology is. I'd love to hear more stories about stuff like this

Have known about this for years. Learned about this In The 80’s when getting a degree in archaeology and living in AZ. The Smithsonian covers up a lot of real archaeological finds, as their true purpose is to hide the truth.

My dad was an archaeologist in Ohio. He was connected with the Ohio historical society. When he saw Indiana Jones, he said that the historical society had a similar storage room (a bit smaller) and it had way more stuff in it than they could ever display. He said the list of the items that was in it was secret.

I’ve watched this video about a dozen times and there’s 2 (two) things that I wonder about:
1. I wonder if the natives, when referring to “golden skin”, actually meant that the beings glowed. Since many ancient cultures would use terms that we might consider misnomers today, but were actually just the closest term available to them at the time for reference.
2. How does this video only have 5.5 million views? AJ and his team have come up with a thoroughly detailed and simultaneously concise video that demonstrates valid evidence of the ancient Egyptian culture making its way into the Grand Canyon hundreds or thousands of years ago and its not something the GLOBAL public is interested in or demands more information about?!?!?
That’s really disheartening. This is something humanity deserves to know about and I’m strangely hoping the algorithm is intentionally hiding this video for unscrupulous reasons because at least that idea is less depressing than public apathy about something so monumentally fascinating.
