How does Elon Musk have the courage to try to pull off what others would dare not even dream of? In 2013, he gave a TED talk with an interviewer trying to pull out insights on how. And share what I personally extracted from this talk and his advice.

I should add a correction to this video: At 4.42 Elons main point was about first principles reasoning, and the results being counterintuitive as a derivative of that. I mentally latched onto the counter-intuition as it got me thinking about my own propensities to take completely innovative possibly counterintuitive approaches vs tried and tested approaches in my own work. I see now that I empathised this in my commentary and missed the fundamental principle he was talking about at that moment. Hopefully the video still communicates a lot of value with the rest of my points. Peace 🙂

Nice video. I'd always taken negative feedback not well but now I see that negative feedback can be used actually to make my idea better (by adjusting due to the feedback) and confidence higher (by finding solutions to fear based opinions)

More caring needs to happen.There are more ppl in the world.Its ridiculous to have inflation, poverty, less of this and that.Most of this is due to Greed.Like Jesus taught to fish instead of just feeding plenty we need to share what we know.
