I’m noticing a positive trend of people who are waking up to the realities of health, the food and drug industries and the government in general are starting to see how deep it all goes. Even what we thought were positive changes are being used with control and power in mind.

My husband and I always discuss this… irs by design. They wanted to have two workers for the price of one. Having both parents at work, this meant work was more overpopulated which caused wages to drop. Employers can now get away with paying employees half what they used to because there’s more people competing for these jobs. I’ve decided to not have children unless I can stay home and it’s looking pretty unlikely for that to be affordable. When we’re young we’re taught we need a career, but as you said once you have a child that no longer matters to you. Many women would like to stay home but can’t. It’s a terrible system to have someone else raising your children for you.

That conversation will keep on going blowing my mind for a few days, I think. 2/3 of the conversation I was like “yeah, that’s right” but towards the end I began to see the fool I’ve been playing. I have a amazing husband and I’m about to give birth to two girls and several questions have been raised between me and my partner because, I just realized, I created unrealistic expectations based on feminist sentimentalism. I’ve always always wanted to be a mother but my own mother and family in general wanted me to have a career. I’ve been depressed and feeling under accomplished for 12 years since I got my college degree. I’m 35 now, I’ve been lucky enough to find a partner who wants a family as much as I do and believing that my life just started.

Ok. This might be the most important and eye opening video I've seen this year.
I'm a 34 y.o. male and this video put a lot of things into words and context that
I have felt about society.

The manosphere channels give a lot of practical advice on how to limit the the damage of feminism
but no popular channel put it into context and explained history like Rachel did to get the whole picture.
Rachel did an amazing and eloquent job explaining all the points.

Personally, I think I'm too far gone.
I've been too much black pilled now that even if women suddenly did a 180 I don't think
I would be able to fully trust a woman. Because as Rachel said, they only way to turn women around would be with
propaganda but then - would any man be sure that a woman is honest or is she just following the herd mentality?
I wasn't born resenting women but the older I get
and the more women scream misogyny the more I resent women and want them to experience what real misogyny
feels like.
Woman in danger? F that, why should I put myself in risk?

My own experiences have taught me to rather focus on myself and that it's better to be selfish.

Unfortunately, I don't think women are willing to listen to content like this or maybe even do something about it for that matter.
It's gonna take at least 2 generations to move the balance back and by that time, we might go through collapse already.

All of your shows are fact filled and are presented in a creative, intelligent, and entertaining way. This was no exception but is one of the best interviews/conversations I have listened to. Two thumbs up!

Great conversation, and the point of how unequal equality is was made wonderfully well by how careful Joseph had to be about phrasing certain comments and questions.

2:18:05 You have to go through a few meltdowns to change anything. It's easy to avoid getting angry, sad and do something safe such as scroll social media all day, but this way you'll never change anything about your life. I remember reading somewhere that anger, and having these kinds of meltdowns, being stressed, and frustrated is what increases your neuroplasticity, so it's kind of a fuel for any real big change in your life. Women of course don't like men who get frustrated and cry a lot, but that's because they like a fully developed grown man, not someone who's going through a development phase, but that shouldn't mean that men should avoid stress, crying, meltdowns, anger, that's all part of self-improvement cycle. And with experience you will learn how to more efficiently redirect these emotions towards something productive, and even conceal them.

This is what I needed to hear in my late teenage. I already worked out 80% of what was said with many resentments. The part that I didn't know was the most important, caving your boundaries isn't an act of love, but of only the lack of self-respect.

Thank you very much for this. I hope that I will become a better father so that my kids won't make that same mistakes as I did.

@28:00 re: more reliance on the state and education, what's also alarming is looking at the impact of daycare and less parental involvement in a child's early life on mental health and life outcomes decades after they were in daycare programs. Almost univerally, those who were in daycare even a little bit end up being much less functional as adults

I am really curious about what she said about liberation of women. It sounded as if women were already quite free even before universal suffrage. Does it mean suffragettes just claimed an achievement that did not even change anything in the life of women? I also assume it’s relevant to the urban middle and higher class population. Women of working class and peasants have always had to work. There was no right given, it was an obligation for survival. And there was no such thing as staying home with kids — they also had to work since 4-5 years old
