Maybe for the guest service part in the luxurious hotels. But for the housekeeping part (the most labor intensive department of an hotel) I hope AI will replace those low valued jobs. Except the top 5% of the hotels, the rest will have to replace the front desk staff by robots, if they don t do so they won t be competitive. Except this top 5% hotels, guests want standardized service as cheap as possible.
