Gandhi slammed Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman showing a photo of the Halwa Ceremony. Showing the picture he said, "The photo shows the distribution of Budget ka halwa. I don’t see any OBC, tribal, or Dalit officers here. While the country’s resources are being divided, 73% of the population is missing.
