DECODE from ARDUINO .h :
open .h file
select array string of hex values.

0x1F, 0x8B, 0x08, 0x08, 0x60,....
hex to file conversion via :

unzip via 7zip

edit with notepad++

ENCODE TO ARDUINO .h

gzip via 7zip

convert gzip to hex via :

count the 0x values in notepad to determine the size of the array
