20 day fast....well, maybe just 5...

as far as I'm able to find there isn't any real benefit of fasting Beyond 72 hours, however I figured that it's I would just start to fast with the idea of 20 in my head and see how I feel along the way, but as a guy who has little weight on him already I can't imagine doing it for an extended. Of time and making myself skin and bones. At least by only fasting a couple of days out of the week for a while I know that it's way more healthy way to go about it. Then again, I follow the data, so if there's any solid proof of the benefits of doing an extended fast of several days like 20 or more please put on the comments so I can review it and then I'll give it a good shot.
