Save that parmesan rind and use it when you make minestrone soup or any kind of soup actually. Cook the rind in the broth and then take it out later and you will have an amazing flavor.

Yesterday I hopped on the escalator and I peered into the store beneath me. I saw a book signing and was like “cute” then the book closed and I saw that IT WAS YOU AND YOU WERE SIGNING A fans book. I was shocked. Wish I had a copy of your book to let you sign! ❤️❤️❤️

Id like to "thank you" for the tips you gave on "patting, folding and cutting" your biscuit dough! I've been baking biscuits for 40years but this method has definitely taken my biscuits to new heights! great tips!

I am hoping for your next book it has more of the recipes that you have on YouTube and your website as those are more do able in a week for a busy family. But I still love your current cook book

I save the rind from the parmesan to throw into the pot of pasta water to infuse the flavor into the pasta as it cooks. I freeze and then grate my butter for pie crusts and biscuits.

I haven't had biscuits in maybe 16 years. When we were in California, we had em at least once a week. I saw the photo & the taste buds started screaming, for that warm buttery flavor.

Holy smokes. I used Swiss cheese, added garlic powder and paprika. It was delicious. Loved this recipe. Fun and easy.
