When Yaoyao came out I wanted her cons so I wished on Xiao banner and got Jean in next 10 after Raiden . So my Yelan was guranteed but again I pulled for Yaoyao cons and got Xiao . So, should I be sad or happy?

I have 51 pulls for Yelan so far and I’m 70 something pity. It’s not guaranteed. I’m not sure to go for Hu Tao next and skip the weapon banner or not get Hu Tao and go for that weapon banner. I don’t have either of those weapons nor do I have either of the characters yet.
