Wait...
Gravity pulls objects towards the _center_ of a massive object.
So as you go to the center, you will probably be stuck there, because gravity from the South Pole will pull you toward the center, as well as the gravity from the North Pole, meaning that those forces will cancel each other and leave you in the center.
