I'm sorry but announcing you are taking care of the customers is absolutely FALSE on every single level. I have been treated horribly by Hyundai Motor America corporate office in CA. You do NOT stand by the defective engine in my 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I have received various reasons from your case manager for denial. I have always been a very loyal customer and loved my car. I have never in my life been treated so horribly by a company that knew since 2011 my 1.8L engine was defective and installed in a car I have loved for 9 years and now it's sitting in my driveway because of 3 different stories of denial. My husband West Virginia Delegate Larry D Kump and I have decided to turn over all documents of service and detailed calls to WV attorney general Patrick Morrissey including National safety and we will be filing a lawsuit in the next few weeks after being misled since the day reporting the engine. I sincerely have tried to be extremely patient for over 2 months and apparently customers are not a top priority. Very upsetting
