Little tip for anyone hunting Maschiff: There is a little cliff on the southeastern side if Porto Marinada that if you visit there in violet during the day with a dark type encounter sandwich, it is the only thing that spawns and you can quickly turn back on the cliff into the town to reset spawn.

Also, if anyone is really worried about a shiny exploding on you, obviously save before hand, but also consider using a Pokémon like Psyduck or Golduck with the Damp ability. It won’t let them use it at all.

A tip from me regarding the future Iron Neck dragon. I took Sandwich to the stone by the crystals. But there are 2 stones there! I switched between the stone surfaces and found the shiny on the neighboring stone. They refresh the spawns as they move from one stone to another in almost equal amounts^^

Easy way to tell if its a ditto or zorua

Zorua will run away from you while transformed
Ditto when transformed, will usually just stare/watch you instead of running away. They also tend to have 'strange' walking behavior.

I've been compiling a master list of all the locations you list and I scanned the list on serebii and sorted all the sandwiches by type. I plan on commenting on each video the encounter sandwiches for those of us who don't have large amounts of herba mystica saved up (or are like me and just suck at the 5 and 6 star raids 😭)

DARK ENCOUNTER SANDWHICHES

🎃Ultra avacado sandwich - avacado, smoked filet, lettuce, tomato, salt - lvl 2

🎃Great tropical sandwich - marmalade, Pineapple, klawf stick, avacado - lvl 1

🎃Great Smokey sandwich - smoked filet, watercress, red onion, vinegar, pepper, salt - lvl 1

🎃Sushi sandwich - rice, 2x smoked filet, klawf stick, vinegar, salt, Wasabi - lvl 1

Oh that's interesting with the shiny Zorua location.
The way I got mine may have been an inpromptu shiny hunt but it was decently good. What I did was at night at West Medali go out a bit so you have mostly grass around you. Made a shiny sandwich. I used 1x smoked filet, 1x salty herba and 1x sweet herba.
From what I've seen pretty much only 2 pokemon will spawn there at night Zorua and Murkrow. You can tell them apart by walking up to them (you need to be relatively close to them). Murkrows will just look at you but Zoruas will get nervous and run away.
Occasionally you will see a flying Murkrow which seem to be all Murkrow. I couldn't completely confirm that yet but it seems to be the case cause every single flying one ended up being a Murkrow and I only did that for 30mins cause I got my shiny Zorua after 30mins.
However the way of checking Mabosstiffs seems way faster gonna try that as well.

!! A tip for those hunting for Zorua/Zoroark! !!
Avoid hunting for a Zorua or Zoroak outbreak, outbreaks for pokemon that disguise in the overworld (Zorua/Zoroark/Ditto) do not spawn any of those pokemon or activate when you get there, so you most likely won't get any increase in odds by finding an outbreak!

Disclaimer, I don't know EXACTLY how outbreaks work, whether the pokemon spawned by it have increased odds or all pokemon of that species in the vicinity get increased odds. (Though I imagine it is only pokemon spawned by the outbreak)

I don't have herbal mystical but in just two level 2 dark encounter sandwiches using these locations you shared I was able to get my second shiny Maschiff and evolve it to Mabostiff as well as 3 shiny Sandile to complete the full evolution family. 4 shinys in 1 hour with these encounter areas! I find it better for spawns when on foot, rather than the mount. Mount is still good to leave areas fast and come back
