Southgate is like Ole in the first couple of years. With really good players he pulls out results but when it matters and comes up against better coaches with worse squads, you see his in game management is not up to it. The players bail him out all the time. He will be found out like Ole eventually

Just like with United and Ole, England are never winning anything with Southgate. He didn't learn from The 2018 World Cup semi-Final against Croatia and take it into that Euro final with Italy. He's not got a winners mentality prepared to take risks.
