Good vid I have had my 2020 Limited XT for 3 + years now and will state that 2 of these features are disappointing. 1) The hands free tailgate has almost never worked regardless of how much I try ( or bring it in for service). It's unreliable and poorly designed. ( It can open in a car wash if your not careful BTW!) A foot activated system would have been much better. 2) The HK sound system is majorly disappointing and is designed so that it cannot be upgraded in any way 9even professionally) It has NO adjustments beyond simple fad and 3 band equalizer. It has no highs and the subwoofer is near non functional. Worst of all, it's sound stage is fixed and cannot be tailored to fill the car with music. The gen 6 Outback is a great car in many ways but many software driven features are substandard in this engineers experience.
