Competition is doing wonders for D4. I thought it was gonna crash and burn after Last Epoch, let alone how amazing PoE2 looks. But they are trying a whole bunch of new stuff, sure, it's a a mad scramble to see what sticks but I appreciate it more than the typical blizzard cowardice regarding change.

I think the game is in a really good spot, especially compared to how it launched. I don’t get much time to play games as a dad, and I feel like the game is so much more rewarding of my time now. I may only get to play for 45mins to an hour every other day, but I feel like I can actually make some progress and feel rewarded for my time.

The amount of changes and evolution to this game in just 1 year is actually quite insane. I'm a bit biased because i have enjoyed this game since day 1 regardless of what others have said about the game. But it just feels like its getting better all the time.
