I've been on a cruise ship you don't easily fall over one of the railings. She either climbed over the railing or was pushed or doing something stupid that she shouldn't have been doing.

People act like it's impossible to fall over, it's not. If you had a few drinks and your wearing heels. Rough seas and strong wind... you can become disoriented, I'm on that same ship right now and I feel like it's possible- it could happen. I make sure I don't get to close to the side, just in case.

I guess that Brazilian guy from NY that fell must have been alive for a while in the dark water as the ship could not stop to rescue him. He was presumed dead the moment he fell. It was a very sad case.
