My grandpa and I bond over watching your videos Andrew. He's 87 years old and built his house and barn himself back in the day. He definitely appreciates watching these kinds of videos. Keep it up man you're doing life right!

This is exactly why building codes were implemented. It is a wonder the place supported its own weight. Did you notice that when he was pulling down the foundations there was no rebar in it at all much less filled voids.
Im glad the owner decided to pull the foundation. It was the right thing to do.
Andrew is about the only guy that doesnt make a mess around the dumpster. His aim and skill are impeccable.

You looked pretty dapper in that suit like you were ready for the high school prom. That new machine made mincemeat out of the house, that tree and that stump. Very impressive that it pulled that stump up like it was a twig.
That clothing reminded me of a story. My aunt was 85 when she died. She probably had 3 closets full of old clothing and I didn't just want to throw them away. I saw a high school play being advertised and contacted the director/teacher of the drama department. I told him what I had. He and 5 of his students came to my house and were thrilled with those clothes. One girl put on a dress and she had a coat on with a fur collar and a black beaded purse. He told me that these clothes would be a great addition to their wardrobe department as they liked to do a lot of older plays. "To Kill a Mockingbird" was on the did a few times a year and that clothing helped set the tone.

Andrew, great to see an new and updated video from you and Awesome to see you once again working and taking on some new jobs. This one was amazing and great to see Dumpster dave as well. Kinda knew that was his dumpsters by the red dumpsters, remember form his one video that he repainted them red, and worked on repairing a few of them as well... The New Excavator worked out really well and great for job like this. Thank you for the video, your time in editing and filiming, and the music, as always your videos are top notch and why I have been wating form the beginning and never stopped. Appriecated.

I’ve been a subscriber for several years and these posts are my favorite. From redoing someone’s gravel driveway, to knocking down trees, to demolishing structures, to plowing snowy vertical driveways, the old fashioned AC productions are my favorite. He and Jesse Muller are the 2 people I follow who seem to be biologically attached to their machines with their skill sets. Their abilities are off the charts, imo. I know AC has the financial ability to do bigger things with better equipment, but watching his ability to do it with crummy old wheeled Bobcats made me a fan.
