Great video! If I can suggest a few thing for next-level content. 1) A few inside Go-Pro shots, 2) a Go-Pro mounted to the excavator's boom, and 3) the primary camera operator to use a tripod or something like the DJI Osmo (holds your phone steady while you film). Otherwise - enjoyed the content! Thank you!

Gotta say I'm a little envious that you had this kind of access to the demo. Great video. Hope you can capture more of these, and that you can pursue architecture, engineering, or even being your own demo company one day. Wished I'd discovered this as a young man; I might have pursued this kind of work !

I have a friend that does the same thing but he makes sure to remove the windows and toilets and anything else that could be reused and he also tears the house down from the inside first and then the outer part of the house

Truly, we live in a decadent society, to destroy a perfectly good house. I don't know why the person couldn't have bought a dilapidated house or empty lot and built rather than destroy a 70 year old house with plenty of life remaining.

Why was this place torn down? It sold for over a million dollars a few years ago. You can google the address and see the previous listing. Looked as if there was nothing wrong with the house. What a shame to see a perfectly good home torn down. I'm assuming it was bulldozed to make way for either bigger/better or muti-use housing. Same thing happened to the house on the bridle Path in Toronto with the Robert Campeau mansion, (House from It Takes Two - 1995) torn down to make room for bigger and better..
