Interesting video. I think Vietnam should buy some of the Siemens BR247 Vectron locomotives for these trains as that locomotive isn't powerful enough to pull all that weight. I dread to think if that route has steep hills on it. I hope they will be able to buy some BR247's or the Stadler BR159 locomotives that has 500kN pulling power like those in Germany, Austria, Netherlands and Spain.

Generally DH locos are limited to 750 HP. Probably not enough for a regular train above narrow gauge.
