I just literally baked this. It is delicious!! I have the world’s crappiest oven which even an oven thermometer doesn’t help with so it’s never quite the right temperature. My cookie spread too much on the outside cookie layer so I’m going to tweak it but my goodness it tasted gorgeous which is the main thing ❤❤

Wow!!! Can’t wait to try this! I love making frangipane, and have made cookies in a mini muffin pan, both with pie crust dough and sugar cookie dough, that my family loved. So I’m sure that we would all love these too!😊❤️
