1.Apply for only one job per company, to show how much you would LOVE to work for them. God forbid you send the message that you, you know, need a job to survive.

Hiring managers are exceptionally lazy. They love the donkey carrot method too. My friend working for Marriot recieve 100 resumes a day for years and still wont take down the need to be filled.
