What a sweetheart. We lost our own black cat last June to sickness. She wasn't a talker, but she was always very loving. Even after she'd been abused by previous owners, she still let us into her heart. I miss her every day. ❤

My black cat who died two years ago aged 19 was very friendly. He wasn't particularly talkative, but was exceedingly partial to having his the small of his back vigorously slapped. After a while he wouldn't be able to bear it any longer and would walk away, but usually returned within about 30 seconds for another dose.

in my experience with cats, black cats are some of friendliest you'll meet. Not sure why they get a bad wrap for being bad luck. They're awesome :)
