I swallowed a tsp full of raw seeds and almost called 911 30min later when I got so dizzy 😵 I cldn’t see and felt my throat constricting like it was trying to cut off my air supply, then I find out they have “Cyanide” in them and was told I cldv’e killed myself and am wondering now why videos are out actually suggesting we do this 🤷‍♀️
