I have a aura my auras are my hands will shake. My heart starts beating fast. My legs start jumping. I have deja view. I can stop my seizures when I lay down and plug my ears and cover my eyes and make sure it's dark in my room. Should I stop my seizures? Will stopping my seizures make them whose?
