honestly, i think your best bet is to take that clip of hikaru saying "i don't think hans cheated at the sc" and blast that from the rooftops. saying "see he even admits it, why the fuck has he been making this smear campaign on me"
if you accuse him of cheating it sounds like deflection. if you show he doesn't even think you cheated, it shows he's a hypocrite

The only cheating ive seen in the hikaru rating runs, is he would play against people with dominating positions and dump for hikaru at the end. Seemed very intentional and i saw it 2-3 times of maybe watching 50 games.
