Fast render is really good for me and my low end laptop xd
And i get around 100-150fps with it with mid settings but i cap it at 100 as i have 95hz xd

man if ur only getting around 100 fps would you rather have garbage looking motion blur because your fps is too low or extra frames, and low motion blur helps aim. plus, if you have a high refresh rate, you dont need motion blur.
