Good preacher ! He gets your attention where some pastors are so boring . I even hate to say that cause Gods word is beautiful it’s just I think the power is missing sometimes ? One of my favorites is Hibbs I love how he’s not afraid to speak truth even if it means losing people . We need more pastors who want to keep God happy not the congregation!

Dear Pastor Pastor Jack,
I thank God for your sermon. This sermon is God’s answer to my prayer this morning. The questions when we follow God: Is it DANGEROUS? SCARY? will you ever be WEAK? will you ever be VULNERABLE? will you ever be SORE? and the best part, the “custom made trial” in order for me to trust God more.

Some of the biblical battles were analyzed by military experts, and are taught in tactics. Like when the Hebrew were taking the cities west of the mountains, they would lure them up into the mountains to the foothills during a time that was right after a rainy season well the foothills become very muddy. Hebrew knew this, and it would slow down their chariots and put the soldiers on foot. They would have to climb up the mountain on foot and they timed their attack on the soldiers, when the sun reached over the peak of the mountain and blinded everyone coming up the mountain giving the advantage to those on the high ground. And that’s how shepherds with hooks and slings and clubs and sticks dressed in robes, took out military men and armor with swords and chariots and bows and and spears sword .
