All I know about wine is that non-sweet red wines are the healthiest in terms of antioxidants like resveratrol. Pinot noir is thought to be the healthiest. I usually try to drink a glass of Pinot Noir or Malbec at night but would like to try a Nebbiolo for the natural melatonin.
