This is an interesting comparison and there may indeed be many people who mistype along these lines!

Best advice for an INTJ: learn to tolerate the chaos, but lock your room always.

You know you are an intj when you have to watch the video just to make sure for the hundredth time

"ENTJs find reasons to do things INTJs do things for a reason."

This line helped me in resolving whether or not I was ENTJ. I've oscillated between both types for a year and hearing this out loud suddenly made me think of how I usually approached things. I have no problems with following a structure, but it was finding a reason to commit in the first place that was causing me issues.

You know you're an INTJ, when you are open-minded and have fun with other people just because it's a great tool to gain their trust and as a result their support for your ideas

"ENTJs find reasons to do things, INTJs do things for a reason." Wow! So succinctly put! But this whole video is an excellent comparison analysis of the two types! As an INTJ, I wish whenever I was ready to implement my plans, I could suddenly turn into an ENTJ and conquer the world. ☹ And I do agree that out of all the extroverted/introverted comparisons, ENTJs and INTJs are the most similar.

And to answer your question at the end, I started watching your videos because of your humor and unique, wonderfully articulated insight into MBTI! 😀 Your eyebrows are nice too, though. Haha.

As an INTJ I do tend to get on well with ENTJs and think highly of them. I can only speak from my own experiences, but I like the ENTJ drive / competitiveness and also the taking charge aspects of their personality. Seeing these aspects in action is fascinating to me.

The most simple and accurate description of INTJs I've ever heard.

What an eloquent and accurate breakdown of the two types. The way in which you ended with the two types and their affinity towards leadership - yes. When I worked with my first ENTJ boss him and I had such a symbiotic relationship. He loved to take the leadership, people first roll. I liked to make all of the things come together behind the scenes. We both understood and respected each other’s strengths in these areas and the reasons why our roles were so important. Together we took our business to its greatest year of growth on record. Like you said - I only had to deal with the humans when it was absolutely needed, which was my preference.
Again, great video.

Yes. English is a terrific language. Thanks for letting us improve on it for you. ;)

INTJ approves of your message.

Wow. The “take action, fail 1st, re adjust”, is probably one of the most concise criteria for differentiating between the 2 types. You’re also bang on about ENTJs confusion about being an introvert or “extra”vert. I’m laughing because ENTJ & INTJ share the same “irritating & stupid problems“ in the real world. ps “orientated” is actually starting to sound right to me 😁

Your voice is a little bit ASMR like, and you're funny. That's why I subscribed. 😌

I'm an ENTJ who's friend with an INTJ for almost 10 years now and I totally approve of your comparaison points. You just forgot the blind spots (or polar functions as you call them 😂). They can be a very good indicator to try and figure out which one are you.

Si blindness for ENTJ's translate as a very distorted perception of the past. It's like I'm so focused on what to do next that I forget what I did before. Even worse, who I was before. I literally can't tell you if something happened 2 days or 2 weeks ago.

Fe blindness for INTJ's translate as a genuine unawareness of how their actions or words might impact the feelings of people around them. They also have a hard time with what's considered a "normal social interaction" which can lead to some amusing scenarios 😂 like not being aware that someone is definitely flirting with them. They also have a hard time with boring small talk.
Not that ENTJ's particularly enjoy it, but it's not as taxing or bothering for us.

'I think they call them... humans'

LMAO I knew it was coming, I was waiting for it, and it still hit hard when you said it.

Fe sucks. Offense may be intended.

Edit: yes, it was the eyebrows.

I was always confused about whether I was an entj or an intj. I originally always thought I was intj, because I didn’t socialize too much and enjoyed planning. But when group work hit, I immediately took charge and started delegating tasks - it was enjoyable for me to tell others what they need to do and I didn’t need a middle man. But I believe although I’m entj, I can still be very intj at times. Thanks for the insight!

As a strong Te user, I have always been unsure if I am an ENTJ or INTJ. I have a hard time deciding which is my dominant function. My child function is much easier, Fi without doubt. I have always taken pride in who I am, and what I value. I like the feeling of being unique. Inferior function? I am pretty oblivious to my surroundings!

I'm 100 percent ENTJ, I have had so many struggles over my 33 years trying to figure out why I am the way I am. For a bit there I thought I was a prick and had a hard time connecting with emotions like everyone else. But then I finally came across your channel and man, what a fkn relief... Its all making sense now and I can finally say I'm one step closer to self acceptance and happiness
