Fairphone 4 - Murena /e/OS Review 3: bad customer service!

Still have not been able to transfer my data from my old phone after almost a week! Customer service has still not answered my request for help after 4 days.

Other problems I've had:
Many apps are available for download, listed as "secure," but they don't work. Either they don't open at all, or they go blank after one or two screens. There is no message that tells me why the app won't work.
Not sure why the browser that came with the phone, and the DuckDuckGo browser, both of which are supposed to be very secure, still cause "leaks" to be reported to the OS. What's going on there?
Still cannot find a way to control the phone by voice.
The microphone in the gboard doesn't work for voice-to-text.
