I started playing guitar less than a year ago for the first time ever. I got a used peavey amp to go with an Ibanez Gio (best guitar ever). Along the road, I got a DS-1 without knowing the stereotypes AND THEN I GOT A METAL ZONE WITHOUT KNOWING THE STEREOTYPES. I think it’s just in my blood idk, but now I unironically have this pedal board.

I once ran a fuzzface into a big muff into a rat into an octafuzz and it sounded as if you open up the gates of hell and were met with millions of souls screeching in anguish paired with an organ.

To answer the "Why do they have these at Walmart" it's because Walmart is trying to battle it out with Amazon.
They're allowing vendors to sell things on the site like Amazon does, I was really perplexed when I found ACTUAL modding equipment for games and etc on Walmart.
But yeah they sell everything now, just online. They're still crap though.

Also you can get a similar effect by stacking a bunch of distortion, overdrive and fuzz and then putting your wah-wah pedal last. It gives it that staticy clean overdrive breaking sound, then when you push the pedal down it gets all warbly.

When I was growing up my brother owned a leave practice amp that sat in my closet for over a decade. So whenever someone says “Peavy” half the time I forget they even make 5051s. I can only picture that starter amp.
