Worst day of the year for markets as trade partners impose new tariffs on U.S.

Markets suffered a steep sell off today following President Trump's acknowledgment that a recession could be a result of his trade policies. All three major indexes have seen a notable decline since the President’s first full day in office. Both Canada and China launched new tariffs on the U.S. today in the escalating international trade war. NBC News’ Brian Cheung and Kelly O’Donnell report.

We are boycotting a lot of USA items in Canada. It’s a wave of patriotism against trump and his tariffs. At the grocery store for an example we are buying all Canadian made and non USA products.
