BEST VEGAN LASAGNA I'VE EVER MADE (SUPER EASY!)

THIS IS THE BEST VEGAN LASAGNA I'VE EVER MADEEEE!!! Seriously guys, I can't stress how much I want you to try this out. I always found lasagna very intimidating to make but it actually is not that difficult! You just have to take a few steps to make the different layers and the goodness that is within the noodles and voila! You have yourself a super fancy and delicious looking feast. If you were looking for a delicious yet easy vegan lasagna recipe, you can stop looking now cause you found it. I am NO lasagna expert but I can tell you that this is delicious (I even got my friend to try it and he loved it.. and no, he ain't vegan!). So give this a go and tag me on instagram!

This is one of my regular go to dinners. For anyone who freezes, I assembled all of the ingredients (without cooking the pasta) and then threw the lasagna in the freezer. Then we I get home, I pull it out and let it cook. It's amazing.

I made this recently and it was delicious! Instead of seitan as a filler, I used sautéed mushrooms, spinach and vegan meat crumbles simmered in taco seasoning. My ricotta was too crumbly so I added veggie broth to get your consistency. So good! Thank you 😀

I made the vegan lasagna! One tip I would boil the noodles for 15min before putting it in the oven. Other than that this was great! First time making it and Trying vegan lasagna and I loved it!

I just made this ricotta to make lasagna tonight I wanted these flavors to marinade. I had to add water because the tofu I had wasn’t in water and turned into a crumble lol I’ll share on IG the final product! Thanks for the easy recipes!

When I was a vegetarian, I used to eat cheddar broccoli lasagna that I loved owes so much! When I turned vegan, I thought that I would never have the same joy eatin lasagna again—that is, until I found Violife Colby Jack cheese! I made a simple Colby Jack broccoli lasagna last night that my dad and I have been tearin into! It tastes so creamy and cheesy! My next dish will be cheddar broccoli soup for sure!
