Sarah , I became vegan a few years ago and although I spent many decades cooking, I found myself throwing away a lot of food. I had to relearn how to cook so the food was delicious. I watched many people on you tube and I found a few vegan cooks who I love to watch. You are my favorite. Your recipes always come amazing! Just a pro tip I carried over from my animal days; add some of the fresh basil to your ricotta. My grandmother always does and it is fantastic! ♥

I made the lasagna last night. It was amazing. That was the best tofu ricotta I have ever made. The almonds were so much better than cashews. I still to this day make your cauliflower wings. I know the recipe by heart. You are the best 😍😍😍😍

Lasagna is my favorite food ever!! I like to make mine with a generous layer of Cashew based sauce on top, like the Hot For Food Mac & Cheese sauce (I skip the miso) to get that bechamel consistency. Doesn't taste like bechamel but gives the lasagna that wetter creaminess I personally love :) I will definitely try that ricotta tho!

I mix miyokos mozz with a little soy milk until its ricotta texture for my lasagna and ITS SO GOOD.
