For the first clip: The (knocked out) woman was a last-minute call-up. She was a mum who had very few fights that were at a local level (edit: not even that- her opponents never boxed before and fought without a proper kit or protective equipment!).
The girl she fought (Estrada) was already being considered a future title contender.
Let's not forget she (knocked out woman) wasn't even in the gym training before the last-minute call up.
Quite literally criminal matchmaking...

The wildly wide variance in top talent womens combat sports is frightening.
Mostly I’d imagine because some of the female competitors start at a later age whereas most male fighters start fighting very young and do so all the way through the ranks.
Think about how many people who might look at their son and think
“One day he’ll be a beast”
I doubt they look at their six years old daughters and think
“That jab needs work”
