It’s so interesting living in a city with a lot of Brazilians, Portuguese and Italians I made this sandwich just by existing in a place where I always had access to these ingredients, it truly is great I love mortadella and Portuguese rolls lightly toasted are the best for a great sandwich

Did Anthony add Provolone too ? I've never had Provolone before I don't think. Kind of like a cross between Brie and Mozarella is it ? I'd imagine salami would be a nice addition to this. And I like mortadella too, this sandwich looks like my style. Would add the salami though... really simple, really good. Fresh Turkish bread in the sandwich press with just cream cheese, cheddar, onion and salami or pepperoni is very nice too.

Ive never eaten mortadella (dont know if thats the correct spelling?), what does it taste like? I like sandwiches and im so curious! I try to have an idea before trying/buying anything.😅
