Sunghoon originally has a circular face that's why he was likened to a riceball even before he debuted. When he lost weight after working out, his face got more defined so his cheekbones especially on the left side of his face was clearer. He even shared this concern on his vlog before so it's not because of surgery. He is still handsome though. His face shape is similar to Seonghwa of ATEEZ.

Sunghoon being backlashd for his visuals is really redicouls he do gym and he also grow older since he was 17-18 when he was in i-land and now he is about to turn 20 what did they expect from him staying in the face of an 17-18 kid while being 20?!!
