Why doesn’t like Asian food? This quick and easy Mongolian beef recipe will satisfy your tastebuds. The combination of sweet and salty are balanced by just a bit of heat! Enjoy!

Ingredients:

2 lbs flank steak, sliced thin against the grain
2 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 cup water
1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp red pepper flakes
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 tsp sesame seeds for garnish

I always sauté on high. Browns meat quicker and it also makes deglazing the pot much easier and quicker. 👍🏼
