(I'm not an expert.) I think this type of cqb is mostly applicable in law enforcement scenarios or anything that has hostages or civilians to consider.
In an active warzone where almost no civilians present would use a lot of nades or blindfire or prefire corners or just level the building with airstrike or artillery.
