Make Popcorn Chicken in Just 15 Mins | Smart Air Fryer Oven | Geek Airocook

Ingredients:

Boneless Chicken breast – 200g
Salt- 1 Tsp
Egg – 1
Milk – 1 Cup
Black pepper – 1 Tsp
Sliced Ginger – 4
Bread crumbs – 1 bowl
Corn starch – 1 bowl
Garlic powder – 1 Tsp

Steps:

Add milk, egg, salt and black pepper to a bowl one by one and mix well
Marinate the sliced chicken with milk mixture and add ginger for one night.

Separate the chicken pieces and the mixture separately after marination.

Now coat with corn starch for all chicken pieces and top up with bread crumbs. Keep the chicken pieces in the basket.

Now in Geek Airocook Smart Air Fryer Oven keep the basket and set timer to 15-20 minutes, temperature to 175 degrees Celsius in air fry mode function.

After getting cooked, a beep sounds to indicate that the food is ready
Server the crispy chicken popcorn with ketchup.
